Mud, mud & pain

We only blummin did it! I have mud in every orifice, have more bruises than a five-year-old boy and am in complete agony. But the 300-strong Born Heroes team completed the  10k ( actually it was 11k) military obstacle course Born Survivor course. It was tough and it was emotional with many people running in the name of people they have loved and lost. I am so proud of what we achieved in the name of the Lancaster Guardian, Fitness Formation gym and St John’s Hospice.  Truly an inspirational day.
